Orders shall only be delivered after full payment of the price. Most goods are available from stock. Delivery times are given for information only and are not binding. Delays in delivery shall not entitle the buyer to claim compensation or to cancel the sale, nor shall the buyer have the right to suspend his obligations towards online-care.
In case of force majeure, online-care shall be entitled to cancel the contract without applying to the courts, or to suspend delivery until such time as the force majeure has ceased to exist, without the buyer having the right to claim compensation from online-care. The buyer shall receive an invoice with the delivery.
The prices are stated at the web shop and are guaranteed by online-care, except in case of force majeure. The prices are stated in euros and inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs are not included, unless otherwise stated. For orders worth more than 100 euros, delivery shall be free. If, for reasons of stock, orders are dispatched in two deliveries, the buyer shall be charged for one delivery only, the othe delivery being entirely free of charge.
Payments shall be made online, by bank transfer, or in cash on collection of the goods at our distribution centre. Online payments are protected and are made over a secure server. Online-care works with Ogone for the online payments; more information is available at their website www.ogone.be .
If payment is made by bank transfer, delivery shall take place upon full payment of the price into our bank account.
The buyer shall not be authorized to deduct from the price any amounts in respect of claims he may have against online-care.
Discounts shall not apply unless expressly indicated on the website.

The customer has the right to return or exchange any purchase within 7 days of delivery of the product, no questions asked. The items must be not used, not worn, not damaged, and in their original packaging.

- Let us know what size you need in case of an exchange.
- We give you the instructions and the correct return address.
- We confirm the arrival of the items.
- We refund the purchase amount within 30 days or ship you the new items as soon as possible.
Shipping costs for returns are for the customers. Online-care will pay for the exchange shipment.
Complaints in connection with non-conformance of deliveries, damaged goods or visible defects shall be communicated within 24 hours after delivery. Complaints must be made in writing or by e-mail, if possible with photos as evidence. Failing this, complaints shall be considered null and void.
Complaints relating to hidden defects or non-conformance shall be sent by registered letter within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Failing this, complaints shall be considered null and void.
Complaints shall not discharge the buyer from his payment obligations.
Return shipments shall only be effected with the written agreement of online-care.
The present general conditions shall be governed by Luxembourg law. The courts of Luxembourg shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
