Our identity
Online-care.eu is managed by Archimed S.A., located at Rue Goethe 5, 1637 Luxembourg, Luxembourg. Our warehouses and shipments are managed by Bruco Medical Services NV, located at Sint-Jansveld 11A, 2160 Wommelgem, Belgium.

Terms and Conditions
By confirming your order on our website, you agree to the General Terms and Conditions, as described here.

Delivery
Delivery will take place within a maximum of 12 days after receipt of payment, subject to special circumstances. You will be notified of the delivery costs when placing your order. These costs are calculated in addition to the product costs. All products are usually available from stock. However, it is possible that a product is temporarily out of stock. In that case we will notify you and deliver the product as soon as possible.

Changing delivery address
The order will be delivered to the delivery address that you have filled in. If after placing the order it appears that you have entered a wrong delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible via info@online-care.eu. We can not guarantee that we can still change the delivery address after confirmation of the order. We are therefore not responsible for the delivery to a different address than the address you entered.

Cancellation of the delivery
Important: Placed orders can not be canceled or changed once they have been confirmed and processed by our system. We can not guarantee that e-mails relating to canceling or changing orders will be received by us. To cancel or change an order, please contact us via info@online-care.eu and keep your order number (you will find this on your order confirmation) at hand.

Supply conditions
You will be notified by email when sending your package. You must sign upon receiving your package.

Return and refund
Archimed guarantees the quality of our products sold, we hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase on the webshop www.online-care.eu, you can return the purchased products and receive a refund, with the exception of personalised products that can not be returned. Follow the following guidelines to receive a refund:
  • You must return the products yourself and at our own expense to our warehouses at the following address:

  • The packaging of the product must not be opened or damaged, the product unused and unwashed.
  • Print your original order form (you will receive it by mail) and add it to the package.
If you receive a damaged or defective product or when you are of the opinion that the product description on the website does not match the product itself, you must send us an e-mail within 7 days of receipt at info@online-care.eu with a description of the problem and if available some photos of the defect or damage. If the defect, damage or incorrect description is clearly demonstrated, you can return the product free of charge and receive a full refund for the returned products or a replacement of the product. Keep in mind the following guidelines:
  • We organize the transport for you and contact you regarding the time frame in which the product can be picked up. Shipments that you organize yourself will not be refunded.
  • We can not guarantee replacement of the product, if the product is in stock it will be sent within 2 working days after receiving your return.
When your return is received by us and the above conditions are met, you will receive a full refund of the returned products within 5 working days after receipt. Your refund will be handled by Mollie and will be done through the payment method that you used to make your payment. For example, if you paid with a Credit Card or PayPal, this will appear as a credit on your account. It is not possible to receive your refund via another payment method.

Quality control
Our products are provided with a quality control. If you think you have received a product that does not meet the quality requirements, please contact us via email info@online-care.eu. If we have received a message about a mis-production, we will replace the product free of charge for you. Even if we have not received such message, the product still can be returned to us. We send the product to the laboratory for further research. If it turns out the product does indeed not meet the requirements, you will receive a full refund of your purchase costs of this product.

Payment options
Your payment will be handled by Mollie via a secure connection. You can pay with Credit Card, iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, KBC Payment, Belfius Direct and by bank transfer. It is possible that certain payment options are temporarily unavailable due to a technical malfunction or maintenance work on the service. Your order will be processed as soon as payment has been received. If you pay by bank transfer, this can take several days. 

Privacy and personal data
Your personal data, to be filled in when ARCHIMED products are ordered, are necessary to process your order and invoice it. Your details are not publicly accessible and are not shared with third parties. To change your personal data included in ARCHIMED's customer base, you can contact us by email at info@onlinecare.eu ARCHIMED carefully pays attention to the information that can be found on the website. Nevertheless, errors and any omissions in the description, the numbers or in the images can not be excluded. 

Legal
Right to agreements between ARCHIMED and the consumer to which these Terms and Conditions apply, only Luxembourg law applies.
